In order to supply the market with increasingly better products, especially MG, Soft Tissues, and White Kraft Paper, Lutepel, located in Lençóis Paulista, SP, has hired Hergen for the modernization of its MP1
The project consists of the installation of a new Hydraulic Headbox, model iNOVAFLOW, a new Vertical Debugger with a low-pulsation machine head, model DVA 800, and a new Head Roller system
The Headbox – designed for 750 m/min – has mechanisms for adjusting the jet incidence angle and high-precision micro jacks for fine adjustment of the lip opening
