For an extended useful lives and reduced maintenance requirements, each doctor is equipped with oversized ball bearings and one robust and single oscillator with zero gap adjustment.

Flexible design

Yankee doctors can be supplied with some optional items and different blade holder types according to the requirements for each application.

Blade Change Rack

Allowing better operational safety and faster blade replacement, one blade change rack can be supplied with compartments to house the new blades and the worn-out blades

Oscillating bearings

for cut-off/creping/cleaning Doctors

Oversized ball bearings ensure smooth and precise oscillation, increasing doctor efficiency and its components lifespan

It is possible to replace the bearings only, keeping the body and shafts of existing doctors
