On next 18 April, Hergen, together with the company SKF do Brasil, will perform in Rio do Sul the Workshop Hergen SKF
The event will be dedicated to professional from Engineering, Planning and Paper Machine’s Roll and Cylinder Maintenance areas.
Excellent opportunity
Some subjects that will be approached: bearing assembly, lubrication and maintenance. Maintenance, increase in safety and energy saving of Suction Roll, Yankee/Dryer Cylinder and Rolls in general. See below the complete programming.
Beyond doubts, it will be an excellent opportunity to all participants to increase their knowledges and answer questions about relevant subjects to whom day by day work with paper machines.
Programming includes a visit to Hergen’s plant, including the new Cylinders manufacturing line, with capacity to produce Yankee Cylinders with diameter up to 7320 mm and face lengths up to 6500 mm. It will be possible to see the complete manufacturing process, from calendering of steel plates until de final process of metallization and grinding.
