MANIKRAFT invests in quality

On August 26, Manikraft started up its TM-1, after major modernization of the machine.

Thanks to the good work of the whole team, the machine ran very well and produced quality paper from the outset.

Overcoming the challenges of the pandemic

Manikraft adjusted to the needs of the time and, taking due care with the safety of all personnel involved, has been able to successfully conclude the project despite the coronavirus pandemic.

What has been done

The Flat Table has been replaced by a Crescent Former and a new felting section. The Former is the HCF-1225 model, with iNOVAFLOW Hydraulic Headbox model

Installation of a new Approach Flow system, with white water channel, silo, pipes and Mass Injector. The existing Scrubber, Vibrating Sieve and Mixing Pump were maintained

Screen, Felt and Yankee Cylinder Drive Installation

Installation of the Tip Passage System, with sheet stabilizing foil and new Roller Drum, with vacuum ring.

Hergen also provided Engineering services for the entire project.
