Improved quality and production
AVELINO BRAGAGNOLO has just installed a new headbox on its PM#2, with the following targets:
enable an increase on machine speed/production
improve the quality of the paper produced on its PM

Paper: Test Liner/Fluting
Basis Weight Range: 95 - 170 g/m²
Design speed: 1.000 m/min
Headbox pondside: 2.556 mm
With Pulse Attenuator and Radial Distributor with hoses
Automatic basis weight CM profile control, controlled by the QCS readings (existing system)
Results
With the new iNOVAFLOW Headbox, the customer reports the following results:
Improved sheet uniformity
Better basis weight profile
Better paper formation
Better results on physical tests
