HERGEN is pleased to announce the successful delivery of another Excel 2.5 Rewinder to a confidential customer. At the end of 2024, the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) was successfully carried out. This test, performed at HERGEN's facilities, ensures that the equipment meets the strict technical specifications and safety standards set by the company and the market.
The Excel 2.5 Rewinder underwent a series of operational and safety tests. During the FAT, crucial aspects such as the machine's performance, compliance with the strictest safety standards, as well as ensuring excellent control of the paper web tension and the regenerative drive system, which promotes energy savings and high performance, were checked.
The successful completion of the FAT is a fundamental step towards installing the equipment on the customer's production line, not only meeting future production requirements, but also raising the quality of the end product, in line with the highest performance and safety standards.
