Rolls
For roll servicing, we offer services such as journal balancing, recovery and replacement for paper machine rolls of any type, in addition to complete Suction Roll rebuilds.
Yankee Dryers and Dryer Cylinders
We execute a variety of services in Yankee Cylinders, Monogloss Cylinders, and Dryer Cylinders of any brand. These services include replacement of damaged parts, structural assessment, cylinder rehabilitation, among others.
Equipment rebuilds
We also offer rebuild services for stock preparation equipment and headboxes. We execute a thorough equipment inspection. Damaged parts are recovered or replaced. The equipment is returned to the customer in perfect conditions for use, with the guaranty of Hergen services.
Other services
Our services are focused on machinery and equipment designed for the paper industry, which is our sector of actuation. However, as we count on specialized machinery and personnel, we also offer services to other sectors, depending on our availability. These services include boiler shop, machining, balancing, and metallization.
