Noise Awareness Day
Noise Awareness Day is commemorated on April 16. This year, as part of HERGEN's Hearing Conservation Program (PCA – Programa de Conservação Auditiva), a giant human ear was installed in the company’s yard, where employees, in small groups and at a distance, learned about how the auditory system works and the importance of continuous and frequent precautions, both with PPE and with headphones used during leisure time.
Labor Day
On April 30, ahead of the Labor Day holiday on May, the entire team was gifted with a backpack, as special recognizing the daily drive, effort and dedication, for which the company is immensely grateful.
Maintaining Precautions
Labor Day events took place in a sort of drive-thru system, with deliveries made at shift changes, taking the necessary precautions against the pandemic, such as wearing masks and no congregating.
