Scope of supply
Installation of a new AeroDry Gas Hood targeting to increase production
Replacement of the existing Fourdrinier by a Crescent Former model HCF 1225 with the objective to increase the quality of the double ply toilet tissue
Installation of a new Approach Flow System in order to guarantee a higher stability in the process and a smaller basis weight variation

Machine speed increased from 710 m/min to 1000 m/min
The client saw a significant improvement on the double ply tissue quality, besides an improvement on the cross machine basis weight profile
