Quality and safety
With the installation of the new Reel – supplied by HERGEN – PENHA will achieve two important objectives: improving the quality of jumbo roll formation and increasing operator safety.
The Reel has an extended rail with two stops and a Roll Former with a vacuum and cooling ring, as well as an automatic feeding magazine for Spools, already supplied by HERGEN last year.

Safety
HERGEN Reels have protections throughout the equipment, with access blocks to certain points during operation.
